All our military and residential customers are required to sign an agreement, which contains the terms and conditions for system installation, monitoring, and any additional services. Contract terms may vary by service area and selected services and can extend for several years. Qorvantis Security offers lower upfront installation costs by absorbing a portion of the initial expense in exchange for a longer-term service agreement. This approach is standard across the security industry as well as other service-based industries.

Military families have unique needs, as deployments or redeployments may require changes to housing during the term of a service agreement. If this occurs, Qorvantis Security will fully comply with the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) requirements as they relate to home security services.
